· For all confirmed orders received, the order will be dispatched in 2 to 3 business days.
· The delivery timeline may vary depending on the time required by courier partner.
· For all orders priced at Rs. 1000 or below, there is a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 50 which will get applied on the checkout page.
· Order once is shipped from our warehouse, the same cannot be cancelled. If you wish to still continue with cancellation, you may refuse accepting delivery when the courier partner comes.
· If you accept the delivery and are not satisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.
Returns & Exchanges
· Within 15 days of receipt, goods will be accepted for refund.
· SALE items are not returnable, refundable, or replaceable.
· All SOLETOSOUL items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt
· Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund.
· Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund (excluding the shipping charges) will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by SOLETOSOUL. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used.
For refund against cash on delivery order, the user will need to fill a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded
COD charges, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable.
